Amazing!!!!! I’m just getting into Raw Recipes and this one is wonderful! I didn’t have cashews so I used walnuts and I only had a few pecans so I added almonds to the brownie mix as well. It worked great! They were so buttery and yummy! I had to bring them to my co-worker to try! She loved them! Thanks for the great recipe! Can’t wait to try more!

I made this for a couple of nonvegan friends and they were just blown away! As I am not a raw vegan myself (just a run of the mill vegan , I had to guestimate what “soaked raw cashews” meant precisely. But I think I must have gotten it right as the filling performed beautifully.

This is the first raw dessert I’ve ever made. It was surprisingly easy and 4 out of my 5 family members thought that they were good including my picky 11 year old and my not so picky 5yo (unfortunately, the 3yo wasn’t feelin’ it). I really enjoyed them. Thank you so much for the recipe!
